This morning our children have enjoyed talking together about all the fireworks they saw and heard in the sky last night!!
This soon developed into a huge discussion about how loud they were and about all the different sounds they made!!
Following the children’s very obvious interests and fascinations this soon turned into an opportunity to get creative and recreate some of their recent experiences…
Stephen set out a variety of different materials to paint with which the children liked to choose from in order to recreate some of the fireworks they had seen with their families.
Whilst Latisha’s children recreated their firework experiences through the medium of sound as they selected instruments to represent the different sounds they had heard… there were some VERY LOUD bangs!!!!!
We think we can safely say that everyone enjoyed bonfire night last night
